At Home Veterinary Care

I was very disappointed with the service here. I have had the unfortunate experience of making the decision to put down my very old, yet very loved dog. I called this place, because I heard about their At Home Euthanasian process. However, the moment that I pressed call, it sent me to an AI automated voice message, saying that I must explain why I am calling to see if my call was important enough to be answered by someone (No further instructions of how I should word it either to make sure it understood me). There were no other options to speak any other way than this. Lord forbid I want to speak to a real person instead of explaining to a machine a very traumatic and real situation I am currently going through, with no guarantee of talking to an actual person, or if the machine understands what I'm asking. (Nobody answered the phone anyways after asking to speak to someone about euthanization ). The machine then suggested that I leave a message instead. Very poor customer service for a traumatic process.

Great experience! I've been using them for over a year and Dr. Tyler goes above and beyond.
