Dr. Philip is a wonderful doctor! The staff is incredibly kind and truly goes above and beyond to take care of my dog. I consider myself a very protective dog mom, and I’ve felt completely comfortable and confident with the care he has received here. I’m very happy with our experience and honestly wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend!

As usual, Dr. Phillip, Jennie and the entire staff made our Saturday morning appointment simple. There was no wait when Cynthia greeted us and escorted us to our examination room (before checking Stella's weight and letting her know she dropped a few lbs!). As is typical, Stella greeted Jennie loudly when she first checked in on us although she quickly (and quite literally) had Stella eating treats out of her hands! Once Dr. Phillip entered, he performed a complete exam and explained all recommendations in a way that made perfect sense. We have been nothing but satisfied since we first started coming to see Dr. Chris and the staff at Southshore and have no doubt the service will remain exceptional in the future! Thanks, Andrew and Stella (11 year-old mixed breed dog)
